Porsche Wins Round Over Hedge Funds

A New York state appellate court dismissed a lawsuit filed by hedge funds against Porsche on jurisdictional grounds, finding the case involving allegations of more than $1 billion in short-squeeze losses didn’t have “a substantial nexus with New York.”
