Dnevnik, Macedonia: Quality of the elections depends on the parties, not on the election code

Skopje. It is not clear yet whether the government will submit the budget in the Parliamentary agenda, Macedonian Utrinski Vesnik announced. According to the edition, today is the last day in which MPs may discuss on the budget in order to be passed by the end of the year.
