Minister of Sports, Culture and Youth Affairs Hlobisile Ndlovu should be worried on how much she will give as a gift to young local athlete Mcebo Dludlu after the latter snatched two gold medals in the Supreme Council of Sports in Africa (SCSA) Zone VI under 20s Youth Games that were held in Lusaka, Zambia recently.
