Bangladeshi gov’t raises petroleum prices again

DHAKA, Sept. 18 (Xinhua) — Bangladeshi government on Sunday night decided to raise prices of all petroleum products by five to eight taka per liter. A press release issued by the Energy Ministry said the price increase was imperative to adjust with the international market price and reduce the subsidy given by the government in petroleum products.
