T he Ministry of Defence, between June 2009 and December 2010, had asked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs five times in writing to give the �go ahead� for the sale or the destruction of the dangerous containers at the Mari Naval Base, former Minister of Defence Costas Papacostas has said.
