Who is afraid of the Diaspora Vote?

With a watershed election likely to be held in 2012 in Zimbabwe, there is a very real danger that up to five million Zimbabweans, all victims of Zimbabwean despot Robert Mugabe’s policies in one way or another, will not be allowed to vote.
