Hamas: Dahlan crafts plan for toppling Gaza government

Senior Fatah figure Mohammad Dahlan formulated a plan to take over the Gaza Strip, a website affiliated with Hamas says. According to the report, the plan extends over a 70-page document, and Dahlan is aiming to market it in several Arab capitals.
