KUALA LUMPUR: Forty-year-old S. Muthumani, who was driving the bus when it crashed, had told police that he had lost his commercial driver’s license. But Transport Minister Datuk Seri Kong Cho Ha revealed that Muthumani did not have a license. “There is no record of his license in the Road Transport Department database.
