KATHMANDU, Jan 27 – Tamang community across the country celebrated its greatest festival Sonam Lhochhar on Tuesday. With great zeal and joviality, the ethnic community observed its 2845th New Year, with the name Lang Lochhar this year, according to the lunar calendar.
