‘Utterly superfluous’ home information packs should be ditched, say Tories

The Government today came under renewed pressure to ditch “utterly superfluous” home information packs (Hips). Tory housing spokesman Grant Shapps criticised ministers for allowing the former grace-and-favour home of Labour’s David Blunkett to be put on the market without a Hip.
