Microsoft ordered to stop bundling Internet Explorer browser in Europe

The EU says the packaging of the IE browser with the Windows operating system violates antitrust rules. It orders changes to allow fair competition. The European Union said Friday that Microsoft Corp.’s practice of selling the Internet Explorer browser with its Windows operating system violates EU antitrust rules.
